The property was well situated within walking distance to all amenities. The mall, shopping and the seaside walkway. A good 30 minute walk to T-Mobile park.
The room however requires cleaning and updates. The walls had stains or ?dirt? On the wallpaper, tap in the tub consistently dripped. The size of the room was perfect with a separate living area. It was quiet without street noise.
Updating the elevator would be great, however it might be a difficult task due to the age of the historic building. Staffing at the front desk was an issue on checking and check out. Very limited staff in that area.

Called in advance to make sure they had a pack in play and they said they did. When I went to put my 11 month old to sleep the pack in play was broken and I was told that was the only one they had. Told me if I wanted one to go buy it myself. Everything around was closed. Very tough night sleep with baby.

Our room was a little shopworn but clean, comfortable and quiet. The many trees around the property were beautiful in the spring and we heard birds singing. No hot water the morning we checked out. It was working the night before. We will stay again for sure.
